Shopping and returns with ASOS.WORLD

Orders

Only purchases you've made after joining the rewards programme will count towards your ASOS.WORLD tier progress.

Returns

If you return purchases after being upgraded to a new tier, the refunded amount will be deducted from your progress. You may move down tiers, and this will only happen after we've processed your refund - we'll send you an email or push notification to let you know if your tier status has changed. 

Returns Rate

We want to provide the best experience and continue to improve the benefits available to our customers in ASOS.WORLD.

In order to progress from Curator (tier 2) your returns rate will need to be less than 70%, across your last 5 orders. Returns will impact your item returns rate, which may limit your access to Icon (tier 3) and A-Lister (tier 4).

Your item returns rate is calculated by the amount of items you’ve purchased against the amount of items you return, across your last 5 orders. Your item returns rate will be updated when you make an order or have completed a return.

You’ll be notified in the ASOS.WORLD hub in ‘My Account’ when you’re nearing the item returns rate threshold, to help make sure that you’re not moved tiers unexpectedly.
